Production Time

Many products offered by Alchemical Woodcraft LLC are custom built. Production timelines may vary depending on project size, material availability, finishing and curing time, and current shop workload. Estimated completion timelines may be provided during the quote process but are not guaranteed.


Shipping Methods

Shipping methods may vary depending on the size and weight of the item. Common delivery methods may include local pickup, local delivery, standard parcel shipping, or freight shipping for large items. Shipping method and estimated delivery time will typically be communicated before an order is finalized.


Local Pickup

Customers may have the option to pick up their order locally if arranged in advance. Pickup details will be provided once the item is completed and ready for collection. Customers are responsible for ensuring they bring an appropriate vehicle and any necessary assistance for loading large items.


Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for customers within a reasonable distance of the workshop. Delivery availability and fees will be discussed during the ordering process. Delivery typically includes transport of the item to the delivery location but does not include installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Freight Shipping

Large items such as fireplace mantels, shelving systems, or furniture may require freight shipping. Freight carriers may require delivery appointments and may only provide curbside delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive the shipment, inspecting the shipment upon delivery, and reporting any visible damage immediately.


Inspecting Deliveries

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. If damage is observed, note the
damage with the delivery carrier before signing, take photographs of the item and packaging, and notify
Alchemical Woodcraft LLC as soon as possible. Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect
the ability to file a shipping claim.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather
conditions, or logistical issues outside our control. Alchemical Woodcraft LLC is not responsible for
delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

charges may apply if an order must be re-routed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
