Customer Acknowledgments & Limited Warranty

This document establishes the required customer acknowledgments during the quote request and project approval process, as well as the limited workmanship warranty provided by Alchemical Woodcraft LLC. These acknowledgments are designed to clearly define responsibility, reduce misunderstandings, and protect both the customer and the business before any work begins.


Liability & Installation Acknowledgment

The customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Product Liability & Installation Disclaimer. The customer understands that Alchemical Woodcraft LLC does not guarantee installation unless explicitly stated in writing, and that proper installation, including anchoring, hardware selection, and structural support, is the sole responsibility of the customer or their chosen installer. The customer accepts all risks associated with improper installation or misuse.


Measurement & Specification Responsibility

The customer confirms that all measurements, dimensions, and specifications provided are accurate and final. The customer understands that Alchemical Woodcraft LLC relies entirely on the information provided during the quote process and is not responsible for errors in measurement, fitment, or compatibility once production begins.


Custom Work Non-Refundable Agreement

The customer understands and agrees that all custom-built items are non-refundable once production begins. Deposits secure materials, labor time, and production scheduling, and therefore cannot be returned once work has started.


Natural Wood Characteristics Acknowledgment

The customer acknowledges that wood is a natural material and may exhibit variations in grain, color, knots, and texture. The customer further understands that environmental factors such as humidity and temperature may cause expansion, contraction, or slight movement over time, and that these are
normal characteristics rather than defects.


Quote & Scope Clarification

The customer understands that any quote provided is an estimate based on the initial scope of work. Final details, including materials, dimensions, finishes, and pricing, will be confirmed prior to production. Changes to scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.


Installation Surface Responsibility

The customer confirms that the installation surface, including walls, studs, framing, or other structures, is suitable for mounting the product. The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the structure can safely support the product once installed.


Limited Workmanship Warranty

Alchemical Woodcraft LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty covering defects in craftsmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty applies only to the quality of construction and does not extend to installation, environmental conditions, or external factors.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect mounting hardware, overloading, misuse, accidental damage, environmental exposure such as excessive humidity or temperature changes, normal wood movement, or damage caused by third-party handling or installation.


Warranty Claim Conditions

Any warranty claim must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Alchemical Woodcraft LLC reserves the right to inspect or request documentation of the issue before determining an appropriate resolution.
